Introductory Statement

The COVID-19 disease is a terrible human tragedy affecting so many around the world and as we have experienced for sometime now, rapidly changes the landscape in which we work and live at a moment’s notice.

In our commitment to assist our salon clients to the greatest extent possible in these incredibly uncertain times, we have been actively monitoring any changes to the rules affecting our clients operation as our nation battles this crisis.

Update

Yes we are still currently OPEN & Importantly our systems are all cloud based so no matter the situation, our team is and will continue to be available for your assistance at any point in time, even in lockdown times.

Importantly we will follow any local or national government directives and from time to time lockdowns will occur. When this instruction is given we will shut our showrooms for access but we will still have support processes in place such as:-

Onsite Initiatives We Have Implemented:

For now and until further advised regarding the current crisis we request and advise the following:-

  1. If visiting our showroom when we are open please ensure you bring a mask, practice safe distancing = currently 1 person per 4 square metres and sanitize as you enter. If you do not have mask with you please be aware that you will not be permitted to enter.
  2. Check in using the QLD App by scanning the QR Code to register your visit.
  3. If you are feeling unwell in any way or have any cold or flu-like symptoms please stay home.
  4. Any staff member who believes a client/customer is exhibiting flu symptoms has been instructed to remain at a distance and report their concerns to management;
  5. We have implemented a stringent cleaning and disinfection protocol to ensure any work surfaces and your orders are thoroughly cleaned.
  6. Please be reminded of the importance of personal hygiene in particular handwashing, the use of hand sanitiser & the wearing of face masks.

While our approach may create some inconvenience during this time we ask that you respect these initiatives and support them wherever you can.

Closing statement

We appreciate your loyalty and hope that we all get through this continuing challenging situation together and come out the other side stronger than ever.

We are continuing to look at ways in which we can support you further and will let you know of any other initiatives as these are released.

As we prepare for the possibility of more cases across the state, let’s do what Queenslanders do best – stick together and help each other out.
