Delivery charges are calculated on a per item basis and according to the state that you live in. As an indication of delivery costs, we provide some examples below:

If you would like an estimate of your cost of delivery and shipping, put the item into your shopping cart, please finalise your order and we will get back to you within 24hrs. Your order, including any freight costs or freight savings and discounts applicable, will be emailed to you within 24 hours after submitting your order on our website.  For your security, no payment details are required when submitting orders on our website. We individually review all orders that come from our website and email you from our MYOB accounting system. While you will get a confirmation from our website on finalisation of your cart it is the official MYOB invoice/quote that will have all costs included together with a secure payment process provided.  Please check your junk box in case the MYOB email has gone there.

All deliveries must be signed for unless you have nominated to have the parcel left without a signature (e.g. on your door step). We suggest delivery to a home or business address where someone is available to sign for delivery during business hours. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers of the delivery address if unattended at the time of delivery.

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the courier.

We currently ship only within Australia and to New Zealand. Delivery Fees will be confirmed at checkout.

All orders, shipping costs inclusive, are in AUD.

The locations we can deliver to may change from time-to-time. Please call our Customer Service Team to find out if we deliver to your location.

All delivery and shipping prices are subject to change. Eva Professional reserves the right to do so.

Our Quality Control team try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please send it back to us. Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed faulty we will replace or refund the product free of additional freight & re-stocking charges.

KSHE Salon Professional Australia (KSHE) provides this warranty to the original purchaser from the date of Delivery under the following Terms & Conditions:

Any claims after 24hrs will strictly not be accepted and any shortage, damage or other deficiency will be deemed to have occurred after delivery to you.

All products sold on this website are intended for use by professionals in the salon and beauty trade and not for use by members of the general public except under the direct supervision of a trained professional beauty therapist and/or hairdresser and KSHE and the hosts of this website accept no responsibility for and exclude any and all liability in connection with the use or misuse of any products purchased on this website.

KSHE offers a 5 Year Structural Warranty on some of our products. The warranty includes:

• Steel structural frame elements are warranted against breakage for a period of (5) years.
• Timber frames and steel insert frames are also warranted against breakage for a period of (5) years.

All plumbing equipment such as hoses, flick mixers etc carry a 6 month warranty.

Seat and back inserts including foam inserts are warranted for a period of 12 months. Loss of foam resiliency should not be confused with softening of foam or stretched covers, which may result from normal use. Owners of upholstered furniture should also expect foam to compact over time.

Our upholstery is warranted against tearing, seam slippage, fraying and cracking for a period of 12 months to 24 months depending on the item sold.

The warranty does not cover tears, flattening of nap, pilling, fading or shrinkage and is not valid when heavy soiling or abuse is evident.

The warranty does not cover normal fading, damage due to improper use, damage from lack of required caution and/or regular care and maintenance.

The warranty does not include stretching of fabric. This is normal and results from normal use. Exposure of fabric to direct sunlight or extreme light sources will cause fading and damage and is not covered by the warranty.

KSHE assumes no warranty obligations for defects arising from normal wear and tear, accidents, acts of God, negligence, misuse, abuse, shipping/handling or alteration of the products.

Recliner mechanism’s including steel springs are warranted against breakage for a period of (2) year. Please note that this does not cover any type of minor sound or noise in the mechanism or unevenness in swivel mechanisms. This is normal and the result of general use.

Hydraulic pumps are warranted for a period of (2) years unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Warranty period for defects of new motors and related parts are (1) year unless otherwise stated on the product page.

REQUIRED MAINTENANCE

Proper cleaning and making sure all fasteners are tightened must be performed regularly. Check and tighten all bolts, screws and knobs every (4) months on salon chairs.

All upholstery needs some care; good housekeeping will help to prolong the life of any upholstered products:

• Regular dusting with a damp, clean cloth and the use of appropriate cleaning and protection products performed every (4) months.
• Avoid extreme temperatures. Extreme cold can make your vinyl prone to cracking, while extreme heat can cause permanent stretching.
• Avoid exposing your products to direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.

Cleaning Instructions:

• Clean regularly (weekly) to remove body oils which cause hardening.
• To clean use a sponge which has been moistened in warm soapy water.
• After cleaning with a sponge, dry with a soft, clean cloth.
• Stubborn grime may require gentle scrubbing with a soft brush.
• Soiled areas of upholstery should immediately be cleaned with appropriate cleaners. Do not use any cleaners that contain kerosene, silicon and/or solvents.
• We recommend Arco cleaner for the best results.

Units under warranty must be returned to our office where reasonable to do so by the purchaser for assessment. All warranty assessments must include a photocopy of the units purchase invoice. All units received for warranty repair or replacement will firstly be assessed to determine whether the unit is faulty due to a manufacturing flaw or faulty/damaged due to misuse of the purchaser.

If a unit is faulty due to a manufacturing flaw KSHE Salon Professional Australia will choose to repair or replace it within a reasonable time frame. KSHE Salon Professional Australia reserves the right to either replace free of charge or repair any goods proved to be defective manufacture, provided that the cost of returning and redelivering the goods will be at the purchaser’s expense. KSHE Salon Professional Australia liability shall be limited to the obligation to supply free of charge or repair products proved to have been defective in quality or workmanship at the time of delivery. In no event shall we be liable for consequential damage or for the claims of labour.

If a unit is determined faulty or damaged due to misuse, KSHE Salon Professional Australia will not be liable to repair or replace under warranty. The purchaser will be contacted & have the choice to pick up the unit immediately from our office or agree to pay for it to be repaired and returned.

Units that contain accessories such as Bulbs, electrodes, brush heads, fuses, etc that are made to be worn do not fall under warranty. Any replacement of these will be at the purchaser’s expense.

KSHE Salon Professional Australia reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that KSHE Salon Professional Australia www.kshe.com.au shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
